Making your dream day an easy and memory filled experience. We work with the most experienced and professional vendors in terms of music, decor, flowers, photography and video, audio visual and plenty more. In addition we will seek the perfect hotel and wedding venue for you, assist with any transfers, tours and other fun activities. Our job is to take care of room reservations for you and your wedding party and to obtain the best benefits available. We can advise you on rehearsal and wedding activities inside or outside of the hotel. Organize all vendors and payments. The way that every couple should plan a Destination Wedding is in trusting in the experts who live here, have been doing this for many years and know Cancun, Riviera Maya, Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit inside and out!
Our History
Tropical Wedding Experts was launched in March of 2010, as a new division of Tropical Incentives, which has been operating in Cancun, Vallarta and different parts of Mexico for more than 25 years.
We know there are many wedding planners out there but with the company´s successful history, we want to continue the path of exceeding our customers expectations but focused on destination weddings and honeymoons.
Tropical Incentives DMC began operations in Cancun in 1984. Our objective was to satisfy the urgent need of a local group operator who was an expert in the destination and who could consistently resolve the everyday demands of clients, not only by creating innovative, creative programs, but also by coordinating the logistics and movement of people from the group’s arrival until its departure. The company’s success and growing reputation led it to open offices in Los Cabos in 1992, expanding even further to Puerto Vallarta in 1996. Today, the company has several agencies in Mexico City, the United States, Canada, Spain, and Australia. In August 2004, Tropical Incentives DMC moved to its new corporate headquarters in Cancun, thus starting a new phase in the life of the company. This allowed us to create more services and activities to fulfill its clients’ needs in its target destinations of Cancun, Los Cabos, and Puerto Vallarta. Today, after twenty five years of operations in Mexico, Tropical Incentives DMC is the number one operator for groups and incentives, insurance companies, associations, congresses and conventions. Our experienced team will take charge of the planning, organization and logistics of all the programs that handles.
